This brief offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and established charity in a space which is firmly under the spotlight. With re-offending rates at about 25% and approximately 40% of people re-offending within a year of release, vocational training for offenders and potential offenders can make a significant difference to the men and women caught in the criminal justice system.
This charity provides its prisoner students with the opportunity to work in a real-life restaurant setting whilst gaining hospitality qualifications which set them up for paid employment in the future. We are looking for an Agency who is passionate about high quality dining and can work alongside the team to create and implement a thoughtful and creative plan to drive visitors to their flagship restaurants in London and Manchester – the restaurants are the Best Kept Secrets in their areas!
Working directly with the senior team, your Agency will have the opportunity to share your specialist skills to make a lasting and meaningful impact. A pro bono partnership of this nature has huge benefits to be immersed in purposeful work, improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
